Lol, thats actually a pretty deep question. I've got two answers:

(1) I am artist who likes an audience, and I've got this sneaking suspicion that more people listen to a song when you post it as a "challenge" than when it is posted regularly (although I've no empirical data on that

);

(2) Im a warrior at heart, and part of the fun of life is pitting my skills against the skills of an opponent and seeing who can best who.
