PODGOD thanks for the BT lessons. Great tutorial. Now for the real question...
Could I ask someone to do a BT of a midi (I'll supply the file) for me the right way in soundfonts so I can see how it's done. I don't want a MP3 I would like it in the native sondfont format so I can see the end result in the soundfonts window prior to making the MP3.The reason I ask is I've been trying this for a month now and my BT's sound like SH*T. Everytime I try to assign a bass font of any kind my computer goes knock knock knock instead of THUMP THUMP THUMP. The ns_kit7free drums are awsome. The NS_J-Bass apparently isn't available anymore so I'm just using the GM voice as it comes with the midi file or Realfonts 2.1 (?). Is the Sonic Maximizer a free VST. I tried another exciter but it sounds like a cat howling in a 50 gal drum! Is it better to make BT's flat since my playback will be though my PA with effects on? I know I'm asking a lot and I hate to be a pain but I live in this Rockabilly, Swing, Southern Rock stage that most sain people don't want to hear anymore so I'm forced to make my own BTs. LOL, boy talk about whinning!
Thanks,
Seagull
