It is a soundfont compression software. Make sure you download it before attempting to uncompress an Sfpack file. You can find this software here
http://www.personalcopy.com/sfpack.htm Once you install it on your pc, simply import the sfpack file and press "go". Your .sf2 file should appear uncompressed in a matter of seconds after that. You can now load them into synthfont or wherever .sf2 is supported.
