"Prairie Fire" — all-new footage

I finally got a chance to go out and shoot my own video. All locations are within 10 miles of my house. They burn off the prairie grasses to clear old growth and allow new grass to grow in quicker, which is better for cattle and bison grazing. It's really cool to see the Flint Hills lit up at night from these fires. The music is a 12-string alternate tuning in Dm.

Great footage! Looks really nice and fits well with the music.
Great tune by the way... The guitar sounds very good and the composition is lovely.
Some of the transition effects in the video were a bit cheesy, apart from that it was great.

Thanks Naify, appreciate the comments. I agree about the cheesy transitions. They might look better at a higher frame rate, but I was glad just to figure out how to make that stuff work. Video editing is fairly new to me.

thats pretty cool Joe. novel approach and interesting concept. I like the Dm tuning, and more importantly I like the tune. Impressive.
