Video - 12th Fret Noodling

sound is fairly noisey/hissy. picture is a bit dark/grainy. can blame my cam for that.

was bored one night. thought i would have another go at some sort of video.

i came up with a system of doing 30-40 second clips and putting them together to make a longer video. doing it this way means it doesnt get too badly out of sync at any point.

i might use this method to make a better video sequence soon. different techniques etc etc. its pretty fun to do.

this one is simple 12 fret noodling in Aminor position. although since im in D standard tuning its actually Gminor. but whos taking note ? lol

thanks stig, zeppy. im thinking of cutting all my hair off actually Zeppy. its starting to really really annoy me. especially the feeling of it when you have a shower. its all wet and it sticks to your back etc etc. so annoying.

as for this video. i see someone found it and gave it 1 star. my evil stalker strikes again. i gave it 5 to try and make amends but now its on 3 haha.

in light of this i dont think i will bother posting any original peice again. video or audio. nothin.

ive watched this video a few times now. its really quite repetitive. i will try and make a better one. wether or not i'll put it on here or not im not sure. im easily agrivated by certain things lol.

just a Fender Standard Strat MIM. nothing flashy. saving for new pickups to cancel that horrible unwanted string noise. should make it a nice little guitar. It's already nice on the fingers. just gotta make it nicer on the ears.

nice job danny. your playing is so smooth its nice to see it now. i hope you don't let one individual stop you from participating on this site. we all know whats going on and we ignore him and i wish you could too. there are a lot of us here who are behind you and your talent. please don't take it away from us. i would like to see one with your hair and a rock face too before you do something crazy like cut it. anyway i really enjoyed your playing

if i had the whole guitar as well as my head/hair in frame etc. it would go out of sync much quicker since it would have more detail to remember. It's a pain in the neck for sure. Maybe someday i will figure out a way to do it. The hair may not be there by then though.

I hear you mate. and thankyou. But unfortunately im one of those people who does care. I want to like people and i want people to like me. It's probably a weakness or personality flaw. but its who i am. because of that this person will likely keep on going.

p.s. im not THAT good. i have much to learn. in spite of what people on here may think of me. i know fine well i have much to learn. i also know im not too bad. but i keep marching on . in the name of ROCK!
