Challenging my old mate Jonny Niehaus
Come to the plate son and you better be blazin. Hah hah - honestly, I'm still so ordinary on guitar but thought I'd try this battle thing with a very dry recording with no backing tracks to hide any mistakes.
niehaus is one of my best mates and a good guitar player so I'm sure he'll win with whatever he puts up - after all, I'm only the Rythym guitarist - but c'mon gang, stroke my ego and let me beat this sucker - I'm dying to be lead one day.

Oh how cruel. I know I'm crap but to vote against me when Jonny hasn't put his file up yet is.....well.....really funny actually. Hopefully when both files are up I'll do better. Dutch, maybe you can give me some pointers on how to get better  |

Belay that (it's International Talk Like A Pirate Day Monday, I'm practicing!) - I had popups blocked.
OK, here it is. Quick & Dirty, thru effects into Line In on notebook. Don't got no fancy port gear like you. Funny actually, only have a 4 inch guitar lead here, so am sitting on the ground trying to lap-play a flying V with this tiny lead into the effects pedal!
