cyberpixel vs. wahwah (VH - Hot For Teacher)
Damn, this is a great tune. I hope I didn't kill it too badly. My timing is a bit off some places.... It's because Acid (I use this for recording) is weird on my computer.. or it may be my guitarport, where the music freezes for a half a second and then it comes back screwing my timing up. Anyways....
Go easy on me, I'm only 14

Cyberpixel that was great! Did you start playing when you were 4?
I know wahwah does a mean version of this tune as well, so voting on this is gonna be really hard. Maybe I wont even vote... Feels unfair to vote against either of you guys.

lol, thanks man. You have no idea how hard this tune was to "come close" to. The solo is just so hard... I mean EVH himself hasn't even performed it live, with an exception to two instances in which I know. One, which as at castle donington in the UK back in '84 and at the Les Paul tribute show in '88. Both times he changed the solo completely... what does that tell you? It tells you it's an amazingly hard solo the copy from the record... Oh well, I tried my best. It's still doesn't sound as good as I wanted it to, but whatever, I tried.
I also wish I could get cleaner/better recordings. I think it would improve the recording/the way people judge them.

I don't have a version without vocals...lost the file in Cakewalk. Last time I battled this, I gave Van Man an airing ("and don't forget Mr Watson, the penis is NOT a toy!" This time I thought i'd give Johnny Lokke a go so imagine Van Halen fronted by Ripper Owen and your half way there!!!!!
Good luck cyberpixel.
