Hi mate...I've sent you a PM...read it and then do accordingly! Found mine now...recorded in November 2000 so it's prolly pants!
AND, here's mine...was recorded with my Flextone II XL so I don't think it's very good but it was 5 years ago!
Good luck fonosatch. I hope the file I re-recorded for ya works.

I used a program called magix music studio its ok but your tone was cool, your sustain was very spinal tap (go 'n have abite to eat and it'll still be coming)
What stuff were u using like guitars and stuff. I was using a fat strat and a boss me-50 really hate that pedal. It'll be gone soon. lol

I used a Squier strat (see my website for more details about the £50 strat at www.chris-watson.com ) and a Line6 Flextone II into Cakewalk via my soundcard. It's been a recipe for success but got better since I got my POD xt.

Great work both of you.
Your sound was pretty darn good, Fono... and Chris your take and spin on the song was refreshing and unique even for 5 years ago.
However, there is one thing that I have noticed, and it doesn't seem to matter who is covering this piece, but every cover I have ever heard, the guitarist seems to struggle with the timing on the fingertapping. I am no exception. It is a very difficult score and moreso because of the raw emotion that Joe puts behind every single note and bend. I would say it's in my top ten of difficult pieces to perform, and Midnite is in that top ten as well (it's those darn triplets that throw me off) heheh.
Anyhow, excellent job to both of you.

I am not really familiar with Satch's music, but I felt like I was in the Waterworld of Super Mario World. That is a compliment for what it is worth! I went for tone, and thought the Flextone II kept me floating in my little Mario World

Altight...keepin' it real here. I ended up clicking the WahWah button on this match. Really was quite close though, and I would personally be proud to claim either of these as my own. Hopefully, I will be able to someday play this as well as you two chaps.
