Here is mine. An original composition i recorded a while ago. The last part of "distortion of reality": "Deep Dream". Its one of my favs songs i ever created. Its because it means a lot to me, i really put a lot of myself playing this one. So please.... be gentle with my baby

Very good stuff. Love the arpeggiated opening that doesn't sound like the usual arpeggiated stuff. Nice bends and emotion going on. Even a Reb Beach style tapping at 2:00.

Excellent stuff.

Maybe i did something wrong when i was uploading but i dont think so..i went to manage file attachments clicked upload a file and it just sat there and didnt budge i tried it a few times..its not my popup blocker and the file is supported

Good tune mr pod but you really are up against the master on this one. Verga mate - this is stunning. Possibly the most expressive track I have heard on the site. It really is beautiful.

Sorry Mr Pod but there wasn't any competition here. Verga, this is a stunning track. There is a large element of Vai in your playing and in my book that's a good thing.

All of those quotes you made above...geezzz...well, i think they werent necesary...English its not my 1st lenguage, and do you really think i was arrogant on that post? I think battles arent fair when its about to post original compositions. People tend to not listen to the work of guitarists around that deserves more atention because all their effort on them. As an example, on a battle i had the last week against SYNTHZ, i think he blowed me away with that incredible song he wrote, but i won. Maybe it was because he is a relative newer member than me. Anyway, thats the first reason i like to battle people on covers/same backing tracks here on this forum. Its a more objective way to be qualified by people who already know the song. The second reason is because i love to hear other people playing guitar, it inspire me and i take a lot of ideas from them. If i went there telling i wasnt gonna battle with satch/vai/Dream T, songs i because here arent many members who loves those bands and are not interested in have a battle of that kind with me. But i saw tons of great guitarists interested in play a song (wich im tired of...) on another topic...maybe one of them wants to fight me....I really think it was a misunderstood that i wanted to clarified in the best posible way my english allowe me to. I swear im gonna give me a break from all this battles right now. Chris, I have a lot of respect for you as a musician and as a great human being. So honestly: peace.
