wahwah vs rockonthis21
Mine has vocals; rockonthis21's doesn't. No worries...it's the same song with different perspectives.
Good luck mate.

Here's me just kinda screwing around on Red House- no vocals- I recorded this a while ago and tried something different- micing my fender pro reverb and playing around a little with my tube screamer, the wah, and my new frankenstrat I built with seymour duncans in it instead of doing a direct recording. Mic was plugged into the mic input on my soundcard.

Both really excellent takes, really a tough decision, but I went with Wah on this one for tone and note choices.

You know i dont like some Hendrix tunes but i do adore some of their songs...this is one of them. Great renditions guys. Smooth playing all around. Both are exellent stuff! It was inspiring to hear your playing guys Chris, i noticed that too. Not cool, people being selfish....just d/l other guys work for their enjoyment and not a single comment about all the effort done. Thanks for keeping up for eveybody who admire your passion for real music

Thanks people. My reason for getting irritated about people not joining in is I've been a Mod here since there were only about 250 members. I've seen it grow to 12,000 and like any village that turns into a big city, it gets less friendly and more fast-paced with people not giving time to it. The hard work and effort that both eric, all the Mods and YOU guys put into this, is what makes it, in my opinion. As long as YOU guys are posting stuff, don't worry about whether the backroom staff are gonna or not.
Thanks for the support.

Nice playing there both of you! To me ears, Waw-waw sounded more compact, straight ahead, and Iīm not not considering vox, just guitar. Rockonthis, you got a neat rawer tone in there, but some silences there were that werenīt called for (lol, I reckon that fast cause the same happens to me, mind is faster than fingers), but you got some mean neat licks in there!
