High Maintenace - Hagar/Anthony/Hammett/Ulrich?

Does anybody have a bootleg of Sammy's show from May 7, 2002, where he played four Montrose songs ("Rock the Nation", "Space Station #5", "Rock Candy", and "Bad Motor Scooter".) together with Mike Anthony and Metallica's Kirk Hammett and Lars Ulrich? He introduced the band as "High Maintenance".

Would be a real treat if anybody would share this!
