How do i share a bootleg?

I'm new her and thinks this is an awesome site.
I'd like to share my bootlegs here. How do i do this?
I see bootleg are posted via a link.
How does this work?

you put what you want to share in a zip/rar file; then you gon on internet and chose an uploader (like megaupload, rapidshare...) you go on the site yoy have chosen and you upload your file (it is explain how to do it) and you copy the link to your post, when the uploading is finished
