Hey people
Here is some cool early
Prince stuff I had lying around
and thought U might like it, if U haven't got it already.

Appologies if any of this is already posted.
OK. First up is the Moonsound Sessions from early 1976 (4 those who know,
please 4give the history lessons). In 1976 Prince recorded at Chris Moon's
Moonsound Studio's these were Prince's first forays on 2 tape and their
importance in his development can not be ignored. Cool stuff.

And as a footnote: Even at age 18 he was still a better damn guitarist than me.

Git.
Next is the Sound 80 Sessions. In 1977 when Prince signed his first
management contract with Owen Husney's American Artist Inc they put
him in Sound 80 Studios where he would record demo's of some of the
songs that would later appear on "For You" his first album. These
and the other demo's featured here are the groundwork in developing
the Minneapolis sound.
Lastly is some Dirty mind outtakes with some early mixes of "Vibrator"
and a 50+ min version of a funk jam called "Billy's Sunglasses".
The song is basically a p1ss take of Billy Sparks (First Avenue's
manager from the Purple Rain movie) and his Sunglasses which contains
the repeated line "Billy, where did U get those glasses". While it is a
bit of Prince history it can get a little tedious but the guitar work
more than makes up 4 it in my opinion. This (So I'm told) is the longest
Prince jam in circulation 2 date.
Anyway 4 those that need them, here U go and enjoy.
