The Police - Hershey 7/20/07

Anyone got this? I found one on tradersden.com, but you download it as a Bit Torrent, and when you open the songs, they are .flac files (what the hell does that mean?). I found another site with a .mp3 version of the show, but I cannot download it to burn on a CD or put on an iPod. Thanks.
