Ultravox or Midge Ure boots

I have the excellent 1977 bootleg upped here, but I'm looking for Echoes of Pleasure, which was a two disc set covering both Foxx and Ure eras.

I'm also after a recording of Midge Ure's Rockpalast set in 2006, or any Ultravox bootlegs with Ure covering the Foxx era songs.
