I have been working on this off and on for a few weeks (recording a little here and a little there, playing around with guitar tones and vocal styles) and I have finally finished it.
I got a lot of positive feedback on my cover of
"The Old Man Down the Road", and a lot of folks said it sounded a lot like the original (which is not a bad thing at all), but this time I wanted to make this song "my own" version and try not to sound like a copy of the original.
This is all me except for the drums, which are sequenced, some of the bass parts were recorded then looped (since the bass parts basically repeat the same riff over and over in this song).
