Cliffs Of Dover - Draegon

Finally decided to take a run at this song and learn it. Not note for note, a little improve here and there. Took me about 4 tries to get all the way through recording it without choking

Anyway, comments and critiques welcome. FYI: Any latency issues are probably in my fingers and brain , although I had some trouble syncing the backer for some reason when I transfered the files from my GNX3 to the computer. Should be close though.

Thanks, Dreagon

Thanks Shooter! Needs to be tightened up, but I thought I'd take a crack at it. I appreciate you taking the time to give it a listen.

Keep at this one.... And change the tone. Bring up the mids. People practice so long at one particular song. You almost have it. Keep at it and you will amaze people you play for.!!....

Love this song and your version of it. It's great guitar playing like this where I sit back and stare at my Windows Media Player, listen, and lament at the fact that I could never play like that.

Excellent job.

Great version, a tough one to say the least.

Thanks for listening and the comments guys. I appreciate critiques and will be working on this one a while to get it tighter. I can sit on the john and play it straight through with out much trouble, but turn the recorder on.....yikes!

Tone may be a tad ambient but I couldn't even come close to playing this! Great job, keep it up.

Thanks Supercharged! I'm working on the tone. It didn't sound so ambient when it was coming through my amp, but I recorded it direct with effects. I'll try recording it dry and add the effects after. I cringe a little when I listen to it, timing is a lot looser than it should be.
Thanks again for listening and your comments.

You cringe when you listen to it? Well, I guess I did to, nobody should be allowed to play that much better than me.
