Pink Floyd: Nocturnal Submission - The Robot Love 1967-1972 (FLAC)

Pink Floyd: Nocturnal Submission - The Robot Love
Format: 2LP
Catalog: 25724 BEACON ISLAND
Misc.: Stereo
67 - 72 Record 1: Misc. Record 2: Rainbow Theatre, London 17th February 1972 2.2 US KQED-TV (San Francisco) Special 29th April 1970*

Neat things on this (repackaging): The DSOTM set is the pre-release version (with the Jam, which has a revving engine mixed in, which sounds real enough to make you look back to see where it came from. TGGITS is the 'Ecclesiastics' version (the preachers). On record 1 there's a very short piece of 'fun'. Someone is dialling, when the phone is taken of the hook on the other end, he sais: "A Whole bloody thousands and thousands and thousands of them, that stood and pretended to enjoy something they didn't even understand"
All in All nice to have, if you don't already own parts of it.

Side One:
1. Echoes
2. Point Me At the Sky

Side Two:
1. One Of These Days
2. Atom Heart Mother
3. Astronomy Domine

Smile

The "thousands and thousands and thousands of them, that stood and pretended to enjoy something they didn't even understand" quote is supposed to be Pete Towsend off of an lp called "Rock and Other Four Letter Words".
Kind of an apt description of what early fans must have thought when they first heard "Darkside".

Thanks for getting this up for us!
