I feel bad for not contributing anything recently, so here it is! I don't thing this has been uploaded yet (or at least not in
FLAC).

COMMENT
DJ Foefur turns his hand to Diamonds And Pearls this time around, and in all fairness this release in his "Foefur's Remasters" series is probably the most sympathetic to the original release. Again, the quality of the audio on this release is stunning and the flatness of the official release (no slight on the Diamonds & Pearls album, but it is 16 years old at the time of writing this) is a thing of the past. Clear, sharp and flawless. The release begins with the best audio quality version of the phenomenal 'Thunder Ballet' I have had the pleasure of hearing, and from here on the album flows as normal. The inclusion of 'Horny Pony' (the released version) and the 'Damn Near 10 Minute Mix' of 'Gett Off' in place of the album version are a nice addition. The remainder of the album is free of any changes and plays as normal (albeit in far superior audio). My minor gripes regarding this release are the complete lack of any B-Sides (which can be found on many other releases in this "Remaster" series) and this would have made a nice 2 CD release with various tracks from both the Gett Off Maxi and the Cream Maxi, along what B-Sides there were (Call The Law). Added to this, there appears to be a very slight edit during 'Cream' which omits a couple of seconds around the 3:20 mark - I'm well aware that the release clocks in fractionally under 80 minutes, and presume this is the reason - still, for anyone with past knowledge of the song, it's blatantly obvious. Those aside, the audio is such that anything I say is really of no importance as this is head-and-shoulders above the official release and is a great piece of work.
