COMMENT

A different source recording of an already circulating concert. This audience recording is
marginally better, and improves on what was an already very good release. The audience are
very audible throughout, however they do not interfere with my personal enjoyment of the
show, and their evident knowledge of the songs performed actually adds to the great atmosphere.
The show starts off rather ominously with Prince's mic evidently failing during 'Endorphinmachine',
and the song is played mainly as an instrumental, however normal business is resumed and
the problem is fixed for 'The Jam'. This particular show is one of only 2 Gold Experience concerts
where 'The Ride' was played (albeit a rather brief version), and is the only Gold Experience
show where 'Glam Slam Boogie' was aired, although it was performed during the various aftershows
of the tour. The remainder of the show is fairly typical, although still extremely good.
My only complaint with this Defacto release is that the disc is far too over tracked, and
in all honesty there really is no need to be tracking the interludes or the 15 second piano
break between 'Shhh' and 'Days Of Wild' - what's up with that? Overall, that's a tiny bitch
for such a great release of an excellent show.

After expanding the 1st rar file, i'm getting song files with the extension .ape ?

You can use Monkey Audio for converting. Look around. it works just the same as
any Flac converter.

i was wondering if someone could repost this. im having trouble with 3 through 9. from what i was able to get this show sounds great. from one of my fav eras any help would be great!

I tried the links again. I can download the file no problem. When i use rarmonkey to conver the rar file the program tells me there is an error and wont conver the file. it does this for 3 through 9. 1 and 2 converted fine. should i be using a different convertor?

THANK U! I remember attending that particular show, and have been looking for this recording for ages.

I Love U In Me is absolutely gorgeous and VERY RARELY performed live, let alone, in an almost 6 minute version!!! Excellent!!

I have converted all tracks of cd1 & cd2 and from cd1 the track I love u in me doesn't work for me either. But all other tracks are converted.

I don't know how to help you with the convertion, sorry.
Maybe someone else can.

Maybe somebody else can put the track I love u in me up in Ape of Flac ?
