VK'S Notes
This is by far the best Van Halen show of all time, the recording is not the greatest in the world but still a solid B and very listenable.
I am almost driven to tears when I listen to this because this is one of the very last shows that Diamond Dave performed with Van Halen and this is the best Van Halen show of all time, if not the greatest show ever. They went out in a blaze of glory, without a doubt! Also this is one of the very last apperences of Eddie's infamous 'Brown Sound'.
If you are a Van Halen fan, even a casual Van Halen fan, you must download this show!

Thanks but pretty sure this tape is not a soundboard. Could be recorded close to the front PA system that sometimes gives it a 'soundboard' sound. Best example of this is the Pink Floyd recording in Hamilton, Ontario from 1975. Sounds like it is a soundboard, but it is really just very clear audio from the PA system being recorded.
