Why MP3 is wrong.

I had a page saved in my browser favourites giving details of why MP3 files were rubbish; frequency graphs and so on. Very useful I just went to access it and found the page has gone along with the rest of Geocities. I found the original link in someone here’s signature, sorry I don’t remember who but the question is: Has the information been posted elsewhere and if so can I please have a link to it. I want to pass it on in a completely unrelated forum elsewhere.

Many thanks for the uploads and links. That’s exactly what I was after.

As to the other comments, there is nothing wrong with mp3 as a convenient portable format but play them through anything half decent and they sound S***e. It’s kind of like watching vidx on your high definition TV; Ok but no substitute for the real thing.
