SPB usually stands for St.Petersburg, Russia.
In this case, the date is June 13, 2004, and the venue is Oktyabrskiy Concert Hall.By Magica.

Thanks but...it's not the full show. Some of the songs are incomplete (Minstrel Hall, Soldier of fortune, village on the sand, all for one, writing on the wall, ....)
