I built and uploaded here on G101 a great copy of this show (lossless) back in June 2010. It is an NTSC formatted DVD I created from the best source I'd found for this show (a torrent). Check it out if you'd like. I actually built a few Evanescence DVDs of various 2003, 2004, 2007, and other performances, TV appearances, etc too but never thought there was much interest in the concerts so I never uploaded them. If there's any interest, let me know...
