After installing 7-zip, just right click the first file and choose 7-Zip. Then choose either extract files... or extract here. After that a prompt window will appear asking for the password.
One other thing I forgot about (it's been a long time since I transferred this) is that after watching either the entire video, or just the last track, when it returns to the options menu, a bonus button will appear. This has 8mm footage of the Munich 80 show with dubbed sound. It's just fragments and the dub isn't great, but it works and is better then the original sound that was included with my copy.
You can also directly access it with windows media player (or the player of your choice) and select the file in title 2.
