Paul Gilbert, he is an awesome player, with a great self-drepracating sense of humor. Have you seen the one where he does Fly Me To The Moon? Just like Frank.

The BEST thing about Paul is his sense of humour...he doesn't take himself too seriously but loves to play. Steve Vai and Gilbert are the only two guitarists that can make me laugh out loud as well as cry.

buy the first 3 Mr Big albums for a starter and then work your way thru Racer X...then the solo stuff. It's all good man.

I have all 5 of his instructional videos and they are nuts. The guy is an alien! LOL I would highly recomment his Terrifying Guitar Trip. If you can find Intense Rock I and II I would recommend that even more. Intense Rock I pretty much unlocks his lead playing on the early Racer X stuff.
