Satch and SRV Unplugged Video

Not sure if this is the right spot for this but I found a video for Joe Satriani and SRV jamming together on Rapid Share (through freshfiles.org). I am downloading it now so I can't comment on it - if it sucks for any reason, I will post my findings.....

I am also not sure of the rules here and I am too lazy to look them up right now so if this is an uncool thread - by all means delete it....

Update:

This video ain't that great. Its from MTV unplugged and, even though it takes 6 hours to download it if you are not a member at rapidshare, it is only about 20 minutes. What is insane about it is that even though the two guitarists are there on the same stage (the MC announces "we are going to bring Satch back...." as SRV finishes a song) they don't play together.

I would only recommend this video for true fans or collectors. Although I love both players, I will probably delete it from my computer after I watch it again.

I ll agree to one fact this is a collector's and fans item for sure. I have a really nice version of it [video/audio quality that is] and really love the versions of Waterfall [by Satch] and the infamous unplugged version of Rude Mood by SRV. If the video you posted FHS contain these songs it definetely deserves the d/l. My 2 cents. And btw thanks for posting it!

I am not sure of the names of the songs - It is not a bad video - I guess I was just frustrated because it took so long to DL (its in 5 parts and Rapid Share only lets you download so much an hour of you don’t join) and then they didn't jam together. Of course the musicianship is excellent and SRV plays a mean acoustic 12 string.....I just wanted to put people on notice that the video might not be what they expect - maybe I was too harsh.

Glad to post - I just hope after pillaging this site for boots for so long I can give something back.
