Just dug these demo's of my old band out...quality isn't brilliant as they were on tape and it was getting a bit stretched. You can tell we were listening to lots of Def Leppard on this one tho! [img]images/smilies/jot.gif[/img]

Ok...try this one. Excuse the silly keyboard intro-we hated it but the riff is one I stil wish I could do something with. At the time the big album was Ratt, Invasion Of Your Privacy and I remember a track called 'Lay it Down' which was awesome big sound...the same guy who went on to produce Winger, Beau Hill? Anyway, this riff came to me and I thought it sounded way like Ratt. Let me know what you think. This was thru a Marshall 100w top and 4 x 12, with a Vox distortion and I used a Gary Moore model Ibanez Roadster.

Honestly that's as good as any of the Ratt type stuff from the 80's.. Ahh the good old days.

I'd have given my back teeth to record an album with Beau Hill mate! It's funny when Terry from HFT was going on about Y & T cos I was MAD on them (and don't forget I'm an English guy!). We did this last number and besides the fact that our singer was never good enough to clean the strings of Dave Meniketti's guitar, I always thought this had a Y & T vibe about it...Lets ROCK!
