Congestion (mondola)
It's pretty much a state of mind thing. Definitely my head at this moment in time all over in this one.  I was playing around with drop D tuning and came up with that first riff. Then I just put it down there and put other things on top of it.
What has come out is quite stressful, muddled and wound up. Like getting stuck in a noisy, sweaty, smelly traffic jam on the hottest day in Summer with no air conditioning...
And hence the name - congestion...
I apologise, I just had to unwind !!!
