Danny boy , youre a very competant player ,and after only 5 years !, anyway this experiment went well , i must be honest and say i couldnt reallty tell the difference that much . well done sir !, as for doing Malmsteen , i guess the reason why he never quite hit the big time was because his style was mastered Originally by Uli Jon Roth , so when he started doing it , it already had Ulis signiture on it .But Malmsteen is a class player , just gets tedious after 2 minutes of Harmonic minor variations . Actually i hate it when Malmsteen plays in Major keys , he is a fish outa water ! but very class playing Danny

I have'nt heard any new Yngwie stuff for ages. I did'nt fully read your post where you put who played what with time locations. I initially thought I was hearing Yngwie solo first, there was one bend which gave it away though, but you have to listen very closely, Yngwie is too much of a perfectionist to allow that. Its a first rate job, you have more variety, tone and emotion in your playing than Yngwie's section, he's just very fast accurate with a nice tone but washes over you after a couple of bars of harmonic runs going back and forth. Top job ...

Pretty trick DB......Only give away, other than knowing the song, is that your tone is actually much nicer, not as hot and squeally, which I think works better!!! great blend of the two as well.....great job!!!
