Danny Boy VS Yngwie Malmsteen (MP3)

http://www.digitech.com/soundcomm/pa...eMalmsteen.mp3

Alright guys . First things first . This isn't me being arrogant or egotistical lol . I was just having a listen to Yngwie's new record and I noticed a big kind of 'gap' (rare for Yngwie to leave any sort of space without widdly guitar in it lol) in the song Exile ... so i stuck a solo in it .

Yngwie obviously owns me . Hes been playing for like ... 30 years . Compared to my nearly 5 lol . But it was funny to hear us interlinked like this . Many people seem capable of imitating Malmstick quite effectively . It's pretty funny really .

Anyway ... just a bit of fun remember . But any comments are indeed welcome @ it

crikey forgot to mention something important.

Danny Boy = 0:14 - 1:05
Yngwie Malmsteen = 1:03 - End

I was talking to Malmsteen on the phone last night and he said the gap was left there intentionally so Dannyboy could put a solo in. He was too shy to come here and ask you to do it so he sent a subliminal message in that song for you to do it. Great stuff DB and it sounds like you were over his for a recording session.

Wow! Great stuff here. If you hadnt told I wouldn't be able to tell your part was not in the original mix. It fits in really well and sounds like it belongs.

heh great improv DB , does sound as tho it was meant to be, yours sounded refreshing, new song of yjm or not its still his same licks he's boshing over a different song, surprised he didnt bosh a solo on that part, perhaps too much neo classical shred will kill you?
