ECHO by J-Mart
Here is a tune I did a while back that I played with the effects built into the BR-8. It is still the Roccaforte Marshall, but with delay, chorus and reverb over it. For some reason it seems to remind me of "From Afar" off VH3....probably because of the delay.

J-Mart - I don't know how you do it - but man, your tone is ALWAYS exceptional. You should enter this into monthly contest - this totally kicks ass - it kind of has Pink Floyd feel to it, at least I think so. Very, very cool.
Also, the quality of the recording is excellent. Was this done in a studio?

No, It was done on my BR-8. Thanks Raven. I think it a cool little tune. I have some other songs that I'm pondering for Feb's contest. Might go acoustic next month. Good night bro!

Re: ECHO by J-Mart
Well that was different.....but very original. I'll bet it would have been a big hit with the crowd in the late 60's. Really nice lead playing as always....the intro took me for surprise, I though my PC was crashing for a second.

Re: ECHO by J-Mart
Great tone, and tremendous use of effects. It sounded like you were running around me in circles taunting me with your guitar playing !!!

I envy the playing and appreciate the talent and skill in this, but unfortunately, it didn't do this for me.
However, this could be because of everything that is going on in there. I'll give it a few more listens and see if it grows on me.
Cuz it's always a good sign. All my favourite songs I wan't too keen on at the first listen...
Not a slam, I just don't know what to make of it, there's such a wall of song there, and so much going on !!!
