into the night

hey all-

this is guitaral comin' at ya with another very muddy song. i wrote this about a week ago, still working on it. it reminds me too much of an SRV song, though, and i don't know which one. also, can anybody give me advice on recording guitar? i'm plugging straight into my computer, but it sounds way too piercing (like i have an extreme treble boost). thanx for listening and the advice in advance.
