Re: My song

man that is *heavy*

that second riff you threw in just after the solo is sweet as .. and i don't think i need to tell you theres some insane guitar work in there ,

brilliant recording quality btw as well .

my only slight complaint is that it's slightly repetitive in the riffing in the first half of the song.. but hey just look at like every single one of my songs !

that is excellent work though you should be very proud of this song

oh and your tone is cool too ! .. made for riffin !

That rocks man! I love heavy stuff like that, your playing is impressive and the song is well written and structured. You should send it to Metallica as a reminder of what it's all about

Re: My song

Bloody Hell !

Fantastic Stuff. I really like how from the outset it just bursts out, grabs hold of you and demands your full attention. I liked the shock factor of it.

Very Heavy Stuff, but great riffing, fits in really well with the drum riff going on there, as though the drums are playing those notes.

I love the way it slows down and builds back up again.

This tune would not be out of place on some Blockbuster Hit, in my opinion anyway.

You should be really proud of it Shiro, and thanx for posting, cuz I really enjoyed it !

Re: My song

Shiro, that was true badasssssss!

I don't mind the repetive riffing in the first part of the song. The riffs sound challing enough to not get bored.

On the quietly twinsoloing-part I think the bass is just a little to far to the background. I'm listening with a headphone and I must listen very closely to hear it......

For the rest . It really is heavy, sometimes weird, but full of energy and a nice rest in the 3rd quarter of the song.

In short: GREAT!!

Re: My song

Yeah. Some of it was mixed pretty bad. There's an acoustic under the twin guitar bit as well but it's really hard to hear. There's some awesome double-bass drumming after the last solo too which is close to impossible to hear

Thanks for all the compliments though guys

Re: My song

But I could hear the acoustic better than the bass....

Re: My song

True... I can make the bass out just about on here, but I have a big subwoofer.
