New J-Mart tune
Been workin' on this and thought I was pretty close, but the tremolo was a little more than I wanted. I love the feel of it though, so I thought I'd share it. Peace brothers and Happy New Year!

K my 2 cents here, great little noodle there but if it were me I'd use a sustainer for the lead riff. but I still like it

I loved it...very moody and controlled. Great playing and recording. It reminds me of 'Into The Light' at the end of the Flying In a Blue Dream album...you're very good J-Mart.

Now that I hear the whole thing I like it even more, this is proabably my favorite tune that I've heard yet from anyone, I'd still use a sustainer in this though but that's just me and what do I know

Re: New J-Mart tune
J-Mart - very nice tune. Definately has shades of Vai and Satch. Great guitar work, man.

Re: New J-Mart tune
Great playing on this J-Mart. However, it just doesn't do it for me, and I can't for the life in me put my finger on why not, and that bugs me.

Cuz it's not very constructive criticism is it ? I mean, i love the tone, and the playing is amazing, but I just don't think I get it, or it doesn't get me for some reason...
Sorry dude. I wish I could say why. I will give it a few more listens and see if I can discover why...

Re: New J-Mart tune
Probably because it is unfinished. It just a riff basically. Not many parts, no dynamics and so on.....Still a work in progress, I just was sharing because I liked the tone as well.

Re: New J-Mart tune
It's probably too intricate for me, and it's at a level that I don't appreciate mate.
Everyone else gets it, anyway !!!
I just like your other stuff better. But I've got sh*t loads more to listen to !!!

Not that it would, but don't let my feedback put you off posting !!!

Re: New J-Mart tune
it sounds like it belongs in a movie scene... i can't quite get an image translated of what i'm feeling... maybe like "twister" after a tornado... i feel a lot of emotion with that one...
slow, but heavy at the same time...
