New Track

This is a bit mellow, it's got 11 tracks on it, 9 of which are guitar and some strings for background.

Re: New Track

Thanks dude, It seems like I write a lot of "epic" type tunes in my old age.

Re: New Track

shwweeeet!!!
gawd damn if that cant be heavy and ass kicking..
EPIC INDEED!!

my suggestion... a little more distortion, make the guitar sail away from the orchestra only to reconvene like a Wagnerian opera.
man... I love it dude

You're kicking serious ass on this one, Eric!
I see the Line 6 contraption has no secrets for you anymore...
Very nice work with the layers. I'm in awe, really.

Re: New Track

Thanks CC! I wouldn't have even known about this toy if it wasn't for you guys, I am pretty happy with it. For practicing at home and recording it's perfect.

Re: New Track

That's pretty cool. The only suggestion I have is that I think it's a little over modulated, meaning that it clips all over the place..especially in the bass frequencies. Try recording everything at lower volumes...you can always crank them up later, but it's tough to clean up a track that is clipping because it was recorded with the levels too high.

Good work!

Re: New Track

I know what you are saying, for some reason I have to have the pod turned down so low that I can't hear it when recording other wise it's even hotter So when I record it's like playing an unplugged guitar over amplified sounds which sucks becaue you can't hear your tone when recording.

Re: New Track

Are you recording on the PC? There are two sets of volume...one for recording and one for playback. If you're using the standard windows volume control, go to options, then properties. By default, playback volume controls display..change it to recording and lower the line in volume, then change back to playback and crank up the line in volume.

Re: New Track

Thanks for the kind words Joy. Actually, I have been thinking of putting together a CD of all of us, sort of a group effort from songs that people have posted. Of course this would only be for those interested in having their songs put out there but I think it would be fun. Then we can send it out to all the users who request it.

Re: New Track

Wow man ! Just one word.

Atmospheric !

Sent chills down my spine. Definitely moody. I'm just so impressed by the layering on this one. It's excellent.

Such a difference than your normal stuff, I was pleasantly surprised !

Intense stuff, to say you're so chilled about stuff usually.
