Hey Jimi, good job with the song composition. I could hear a bit of a Zambora feel in the melody.

thanks alot for the feedback...i wrote this tune at 3 in the morning after doing a lot of soul searching...i got tired of seeing the ex hook up with one man after another...it took it's toll on our two little girls...always seeing guys come and go...i figured that i'd try to reunite the family...i wrote this tune for her to express my hopes of providing the little ones with a stable life...she wasn't interested...oh well...thanks again - paul

thanks for the feedback...i appreciate it... bon jovi tunes are cool...the song was supposed to be light with heavier guitars kicked in...distortion is a part of it...or do you mean the song actually sounds like it was recorded too "hot"...as in i could use a little help in the mixing department?...thanks - paul

Very nice composition jimi ! Like this alot but I think they do mean distorted cuz of volume levels . Just a quality issue . other than that is awesome ! I like it alot ! Would be fun to do sum lead 2 . Very catchy tune tho !

You certainly put your heart and soul in to this and it really shows. Interesting how people get inspired to write the best songs when life presents challenges. There were certainly things about the production that could be refined, but the raw emotion comes through big time and you have a real strong hook in the chorus.

thanks man...i appreciate the comments...i really like the "break the ice" tune you do...it's got a 70's vibe...the singer reminds me of the guy that sings "the wizard" by uriah heep...so..you do all the guitars/bass/drums...me too...i'm a one man band basically...i have to concentrate on the final mix rather than seeing which parts fit together...thanks again - paul
