Hmm,

I don't know if this would grow on me eventually or not.

The song doesn't seem to have any structure, or more specifically, just when it seems that it will get a structure, he goes and blows it all apart.

There's so much happening in here though, I'll give him that. This is going to take a few listens, because it is such a roller coaster of musical changes in there.

So I can't say anything else other than it's different so far.

I'll give it a few more listens...

Thanks for turning me on to this guy...I'm 41 so to hear he's lost to us at 41 is a bit of an eye opener. I hear a tone similar to Eric Johnson and will now look for more of his music. RIP Shawn.
