Sorry Ericgtr - I maimed your tune :D
well, I had a quick bash at putting some words and altered the tune slightly. The words were pretty much off the top of my head but I was going for a Pink Floyd/Radiohead sort of vibe. I hope you are not too offended.
I am away for a few days. Back thursday, to see if I have beeen banned
Eric, great tune btw - keep writing them.

Guys, this sounds great !!!
I love the way this has developed. It sounds excellent. I heard it in it's raw format, and what you have done Goport, is taken it to the next level (and beyond some).
Really great tune...
I don't know if you are going to develop it further, but it already sounds cracking, and if you do develop it further, I look forward to hearing it !!!
Fantastic stuff. I need to practise, cuz I wanna be as good as this !!!

This is fantastic. Very cool vox you got going on. And the lyrics are freakin A+. Sometimes the best stuff comes off the top of the head!

Hey Goport - great job, you got a cool sounding voice. Possibly a marketable voice with the right producer/engineer.

Funny how much a song can transform when a few things are added to it. I really like this.

Kinda cool!
Interesting vocal style....I'm only a moderate Radiohead fan...but I liked how that style worked here.
.....LOL...wish I had the nerve or the skill, to give vocals shot sometime.
NOT happening anytime soon!

Lol I have a pretty weak voice to be honest - I have trouble pitching but the singing lark is becoming easier the more I try. I never really sang before last year save the occassional backing vocal, but I just try and sing within my limits. you really should try
It is more fun than recording instrumentals and I am quite pleased with the stuff I have done so far. Before, I never listened to any of the demos I recorded with bands over the last 20 years because I never liked the way they turned out. but now I actually like the stuff I have been doing myself enough to listen to it for pleasure.

I don't think many producers would give this gnarly old 38yr old a chance but thanks nandk.
