Hey WahWah...
Hot Band...I really like the arrangement too...Guitar solos, superb...The overall mix of the recording is good too, not too much compression, Mastered well, ..I found from that era, Engineers..really over compressed

Thanks for the comments mate. The only thing we were a bit upset about was the mastering of the vinyl was too quiet BUT, it was probably my fault! I was sent to London with my mate and
guitar tech Andy, with the 2 inch master tape to go to Porky's Prime Cuts mastering plant and oversee the pressing. It was 1984 and our Manager, Jim, gave us £100 (about $150 then) for expenses. This was a LOT of money in London then. Me and Andy stayed for about 30 minutes and then nipped across the road to The Ship in Wardour Street (which was full of superstars as it was 3 doors down from the Marquee Club). We spent 3 hours in there, went and had some food, went back to The Ship and had a few and then went to see a band and had a few more...from midday til midnight drinking! We arrived back at Kings Cross Station to get the last train back to the North of England (about 3 hours by train) only to realise we'd forgotten to go back and get the masters!
