It does have a profession sound to it. I think it's really good. There's lot's of emotion conveyed here.

Damn son, that is great. I can hear all kinds of possibilities with this. I would make a great power ballad with kick ass drums and power cords along with the acoustic guitars, full blown harmonies...........or just as it was recorded.......sweet!!
Really dig the song structure....even left a spot for a guitar solo [woohoo!!]
You have a lot of character in your voice, makes the song stand out.
Lyrics are very good, very straight forward. Not too sappy or trite...not over done with cliched metaphors.....great job.
