email notifications on thread replies.

Help, when I first setup my profile, I forgot to choose "no email notification" when someone replies to a thread I've posted or visited. After getting a zillion emails I went to the edit profile and chose the "no email" option, twice, and saved the changes but my email box is still getting flooded with thread reply notices! Is there another thing I need to check? Thanks!

I turned them off for you, not sure why it's doing that. Anyone else having this issue after turning it off?

I was getting that the first few days...then it just stopped. I didn't change any settings at all.

Eric, For some reason I'm still getting thread responses to my email box. Not as many as before but I just deleted 10 of 'em. Weird.

Make sure the Default Thread Subscription Mode is "Do not subscribe"

Scroll down and click "Save Changes"

Tried that and I'm still getting thread emails....aahhhhhhhhhhh! Maybe its just temporary?

No prob........I clicked the Thank you button and it said I didn't have permission to use it. Access Denied!

It's not enabled for this forum, it's like that by default but I am going to change it and enable it for all forums.

It's enabled now, it looks like it adds it to the second post in a thread and it only thanks the topic starter
