Help About Avatars

Well earlier tonight I changed my avatar. So I look at an old message to see if it worked, but everyone's avatar won't show up, including mine. Is the site F'ed up or what?

i cant put avatar ? why is that ? i did 80x80 pixels (even 80x65) but still i cant.
i choose upload you avatar button then i choose i jpeg picture which i want to put and then i say submit. what am i doing wrong ?

nepenthe, you can send me the pic you want to use for your avatar and I will add it for you webmaster AT guitars101 com sometimes that script doesn't work right.
