New Feature - Ebux

This is a modification recently released for this board software, I don't fully understand it yet but it's a point system and the more you particpate, the more points you get. Here are some of the features.

eBux Settings:
------------------------------------
1) Global on/off eBux Setting.
2) Decimal Places for the number of significant decimals to show for points.
3) Paycheck Period. (In seconds.)
4) Points Per Registerring goes to the new registered user.
5) Points Per Birthday goes to the user who's birthday is today.
6) Points Per Referral goes to the referral of the new registered user.
7) Points Per Thread View Multiplier goes to the thread creator
8) Points Per Thread Creation Multiplier goes to the thread creator.
9) Points Per Reply Creation Multiplier goes to the reply creator.
10) Points Per Posted Character Multiplier goes to the post creator.
11) Points Per Good Reputation goes to the user being reputed.
12) Points Per Bad Reputation goes to the user being reputed.
13) Points Per Poll Creation goes to the poll creator.
14) Points Per Poll Vote goes to the user voting in a poll.
15) Points Per Thread Rate goes to the user rating a thread.
16) Points Per Calendar Event Added goes the user adding a calendar event.
17) Points For Attachments Enabled.
18) All Attachments Cost X Points.
19) Table Name for where points are located. (Default: TABLE_PREFIX . 'user')
20) Field Name for where points are located. (Default: ebux)
21) Field Name for where bank points are located. (Default: ebank)
22) Bank Interest Percent increase bank by this percent every interval.
23) Bank Interest Interval increases bank every x seconds.
24) Bank Interest Interval Reset on Deposit.
25) View Richest Users Displayed.
26) Show Admins on Richest X Members.
27) Show Super Moderators on Richest X Members.
28) Show Moderators on Richest X Members.
29) Show Total Points on eStore Main.

1) Points Per Thread View goes to the thread creator when someone views their thread.
2) Points Per Thread goes to the thread creator upon making a new thread.
3) Points Per Reply goes to the reply creator upon making a new reply.

1) Global on/off eStore Setting.
2) Administrator Usergroups.
3) Protected From Options Usergroups.
4) Decimal Places for the number of significant decimals to show for costs/taxes.
5) Display X Items Per Item History Page.
6) Display X Winners Per Lottery Winners Page.
7) Senior Member Age.
8) Senior Member Discount Percentage.
9) Loyal Member is Registered for X Days.
10) Loyal Member Discount Percentage.
11) Default Refill Rate in second.
12) Federal tax percentage for an overall tax to calculate on all purchases.
NOTE: Later on the taxed value will go into a Federal Bank for loans and stuff.
13) Glow Strength Intensity.
14) Default eStore Option Fields.
15) Display Richest / Most Sold on all pages.
16) Max Gifts Displayed Other Than User Profile.
17) Removeable Items Are Refundable?
18) Default PM Userid to send PM's from.
Admin Donate Settings:
1) Sends PM to user?

Thief Settings:
1) Thief Success Rate Percentage. (Very simple check at the moment.)
2) Thief Always Fails On Staff.
3) Thief Failures Go To Theftee. (Explanation below in updates.)
4) Thief Loses Reputation For Attempting Theft And Failing.
5) Thief Loses Reputation For Attemping Theft And Succeeding.
6) Thief Max Theft Amount.
Steal Others Reputation Points Settings:
1) Amount of Reputation to Steal?
Remove Others Reputation Points Settings:
1) Amount of Reputation to Remove?
All Options:
1) Enable Active On/Off.
2) Show in eStore On/Off.
3) Log History On/Off.
4) Override Category Permissions On/Off.
5) Additional Allowed Usergroups.
6) Additional Denied Usergroups.

Actually, I think you do get points for a birthday I have been checking into this a little more, from what I can tell you earn points by posting, starting new topics/polls etc. With those points you can buy board features, if you click on the the estore link above http://www.guitars101.com/forums/estore.php you can go in and buy shit with the points you have made. Sweet.
