How do you know people are downloading with your IP address? Mine is a dynamic, so it changes every so often. Check your firewall settings, you could always try deleting all your cookies but that is all I have to offer

Are you reffering to the rapidshare and megaupload downloads in the boots section? Those providers have limits on how much you can download... 150-200MB every 3-4 hours.... You can purchase an account with them (monthly/yearly/whatever) for X amount of dollars and get unlimited downloads and usually faster download speeds for that period. Otheriwse, if you're not paying, you have to use the free service, put in the 3-Letter code, click download and that's gonna be life.... wait a few hours then download some more... If you're using a proxy server, you're screwed because anyone else using that proxy has pretty much tied up that IP for downloads... if you're on a proxy get the hell of that and life will be much better... As for someone spoofing your IP to get downloads, I don't think that is the case here but you can always talk to your ISP and see if they are noticing anything strange from their end... sorry can't be of more help. Or you could try booting your computer down then restarting it and trying to download again. Sometimes that works.
