For any of you who may have attempted to start a new topic, this is fixed and you should be able to start topics now. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Sorry, YR - we're not offering custom titles as an option right now. If and when that becomes something we want to do, we'll let everybody know. In the meantime, you can always add a customization in the fields like "location" in your profile.
