Subscribe/Unsubscribe to post, threads, etc... - Guitars101

How do you UNSUBSCRIBE to these so I don't get E-mails all the time? I see where to do it in a thread with tools but do you have to do this every time you post something or reply?

goto user control panel, edit options, and then go down to where it says messaging and email notification, change to unsuscribe

I also stickied the how to in the announcement forum for how to do this, it's been there for a while but nobody looks in that forum for this stuff.
