I think you should make "All requests must be put in the Requests post or they will be deleted" in a bigger font. And in that Neon green color like the "Membership Program" button.
You really can miss it in that small red color.

I mostly view the site on my laptop and it's display is always a little funky so I thought that's why it looked unreadable.
