I think you might have misunderstood the purpose of the bootlegs section. It is a section of the forums where users are to post material not officially released by the artist and under no legal authority. Not a place to share or promote the illegal distribution of copyrighted material. And as far as I know it is usually illegal or against the terms of use of the ticket holder to video tape or or make video recordings of most concerts.

If you want to post videos of yourself, your band, etc... there is the Video section in the Personal Music forum. But I really couldn't see a Video Bootlegs forum that wouldn't violate a plethora of copyright laws, thus endangering the legality of this sites entire existence.

At least thats my understanding of the issue...
