What's wrong with BT Exchange Forum
I go to the forum and it's empty, like nobody ever posted there. What gives?

It's just a new thing Eric is trying to stop the Leechers.
All users will have to have at least 10 posts (and be registerd for seven days) before they will even see that they exist.

Is there going to be some statement in the site announcements to the effect of the 10 post requirement for backing tracks? Would be noce to know instead of running all over the place to find out wha happened? Anyway I'm not complaining about the new rule, it seems fair enough. Tough for I guy like me who's not much of a talker, though.
How about a 1 upload backing track also gets you in? I've got a couple that I've just been too chicken to post.

We are in the process of restructuring it, that's all I can say for now.

Thanks admin,
You know though. maybe this was just the kick in the I needed to start contributing since I actually do have some real practical experience as a player that might be worth sharing and help somebody.

And you should post your playing with the BTs when you do them to share with others! We definatly encourage every level of playing

every time I try to log in I get this:
stratovani, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.
My reply:
1. My understanding of "sufficient privileges" was a minimum of 10 posts and having been a member for at least a day. I've done that (I joined shortly after Christmas). I have not tried to edit anyone's posts or access administrative features or other privileged systems.
2. If my account has been disabled, then why? If I'm awaiting activation, then why has it not been activated yet?
Thank you.

Correct, when you wrote this email you did not have 10 posts, but on the flip side were you only looking to do 10 posts to get to the BTs and not post again? It helps us give you more stuff if we can better understand

After your 10th post (and being registered for at least one day) it can take up to 15 minutes for you to see the BT forums.
